"In the Theatre Box" portrays the affluent Parisian of 1874 at the Opera. For the original painting Renoir used a young model from Montmartre called Nini and his brother Edmond.
The painting shown on this page is a modern interpretation of the Master Renoir, and is not intended to be an exact copy of the original, but will vary in several respects.
